Association Duties

1- Efforts to fulfill the rights and legitimate demands of the members by creating favorable conditions in order to achieve the goals of the association.
2- Gathering information, reviewing and researching problems, identifying needs and priorities.
3- Planning to meet the needs, development and expansion of activities.
4- Efforts to improve resource productivity and production capacity, transfer and technological innovation.
5- Trying to improve the quality of production, reviewing, recognizing and establishing new methods of quality control.
6- Efforts to coordinate training and improve the skills of members, and cooperation with the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare and other relevant agencies and institutions to conduct training related to technical protection and occupational health.
7- Carrying out necessary researches and providing consultative and legal opinions regarding the preparation of bills and plans related to labor and social security laws, welfare issues and legal rights of employers to the relevant authorities.
8- Collecting entrance fees, membership fees and voluntary financial aid in accordance with the articles of association.
9- Cooperating in order to establish, strengthen and expand cooperatives and Qarz al-Hasna funds related to the duties of the trade union in order to provide members with more facilities.
10- Supporting and defending the rights and interests of the union and the profession of the members by presenting proposals and gaining the support of authorities and governmental and national organizations towards the goals of the association.
11- Purchasing, selling and owning movable and immovable property of the trade union in the name and on the account of the trade union, provided that it is not for the purpose of trade and gaining profit, and in compliance with the current regulations of the country.
12- Membership in the center of trade unions related to the observance of legal regulations.
13- Cooperating with other trade unions and performing other duties and powers that have been or will be assigned to trade unions in accordance with legal regulations.
14- Cooperating with the executive bodies and relevant authorities for the proper implementation of relevant laws and regulations.
15- Accepting responsibility and cooperation with ministries, organizations and official institutions in performing the duties and responsibilities that these bodies delegate to trade unions and being ready to provide the necessary consultations to them.
16- Establishing relations with organizations and organizations related to the duties of the association inside or outside the country within the framework of trade union activities and the laws and regulations of the country.
17- Participating in professional negotiations with other relevant employers' organizations subject to the law and concluding collective agreements with labor organizations.
18- Determining the standards of pharmaceutical machines and approving the relevant instructions and following up its implementation in production units
19- Cooperating with related government organizations in monitoring the process of importing pharmaceutical devices and machines to Iran.
